Westlake Removals provides transit insurance. Customers wanting an additional level of risk insurance will need to arrange it through Westlake Removals’ insurance broker or your own insurance company.
What happens once I have decide to accept Westlake Removals quote?
Please contact Westlake Removals by phone or email to confirm booking. Our friendly staff will discuss our availability and organise a time for your service.
How do I make a payment?
Westlake Removals accepts direct deposit, cheque and cash. However, we do not have Eftpos facilities. Payment is due on completion of job.
How does Westlake Removals protect my furniture during removals and delivery?
Our experienced removalists professionally wrap all your furniture with special thick moving blankets. This service is included in the price.
What happens if there is bad weather on move day?
Australian weather can certainly be unpredictable at times, but we don’t let that stop us from getting your job done!
